An awesome camping site. I came here on a last-minute trip with friends since all Texas State Parks were booked to the brim. No regrets though; the park owner was really friendly and wholesome.

Nice glamping and camping park. New platforms for tents. Not super luxurious, but nice if you don't have your own tent. In a Grove of Pecan trees and in a way out of the way location. Campsites are very nice and spread out for privacy. Firepit, nice bar-b-q pit, 2 wooden chairs and with tents up on platforms you're off the ground. 6 sites. 4 single tents and 2 doubles. Nice place reasonable fees.

This park is great! My family and I camped there and it will be our go to spot from now on! Beautiful scenery right on the Colorado Rice, big pecan trees, and vet clean public restroom. There is no running water but if you forget something there’s a small store 5 minutes away.

Such a gem of a campground. Hardly any people, and the folks who run the place are so nice! It was a perfect getaway - just be prepared that the “bathroom” is a glorified porta potty.
