We had a great stay at Camp Elena. It's in a great location to access to both Big Bend National and State parks. The tent was spacious and comfortable with quality linens and soaps. We had everything we needed to make breakfasts inside and to roast smores outside! The views and accommodations were fantastic!
I’ve been to Big Bend countless times, and this is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed! The tents are clean, and the bathrooms are really nice. All of the amenities are upscale and great quality. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into each part of the layout. There’s definitely no corners cut. The views are spectacular and the camp feels very safe. I’ve already recommended this place to many of my friends. So excited to stay again in the future!
The place was just fantastic. All the coolness of a tent with all the amenities of a luxury hotel. Views superb. Campfire at night was fun. Telescope too! Superior value. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend
I cannot say enough about how nice Camp Elena is. The rooms are second to none and have everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The staff communication was fantastic during the reservation process. Our tent was very clean and well decorated. Definitely a 5 star organization.
Great place to stay. A little off the beaten path and would not recommend for people with vehicles that have low clearance. You'll have to remember these are tents in the end with a very upscale feel. The soaps and bathrobes felt like a fancy hotel. Air conditioning, heater, and a ceiling fan make the climate outside forgettable. The wind is constant but the ear plugs helped falling asleep (not to mention the noisy neighbors). Overall great experience for a Houston native making his first trip to Big Bend country. Would definitely stay here again.
