We did a camper van spot. The van spots are blocked from seeing the ocean and packed in. They did a nice job with having hedges between spots though which gave a little bit of privacy. We appreciated having hot water in the showers and the little bathrooms were nice with mirrors. The coffee stand didn’t open until late when everyone is already out for the morning which was lame. Otherwise the grounds are very nice and well taken care of. We would definitely stay again and recommend. Can’t comment on tent spots or cabins.

Very unaccommodating business. We stayed here a few years and really enjoyed the campground and facilities. This year, it seems that the business has shifted from a family friendly vibe to one of profitability at the expense of customer service and helpfulness. The staff are friendly but their hands are tied to help guests with any sort of accommodation outside of rigid camp policies. Additionally the website and map has not been updated and they no longer offer things like a kitchen space or ice at the designated spots on the map. All that said, absolutely beautiful area and well kept grounds.

Greatly enjoyed this place. We were doing van camping while on Maui. The layout of this camp ground is well thought out. They've taken nice steps to make some of the van spots private. Restrooms and showers kept clean. Open air showers we enjoyable. We arrived on a day when a severe storm was passing through. Most of the area flooded. Employees were on site and quickly cleaning the next day. Out of the 4 camping spots, this was our favorite.

Our tentalow was a great experience. The night check in went smoothly.... until... in morning my sister was to meet us Leoda Cafe , but went to the campsite instead. The gate attendant didn't know of any cafe and charge a $20 guest fee which wouldn't refund when we explained the mixup for meeting place. Erre$$$$$ .

Okay so at night it gets so windy, like hurricane wind. It makes it very hard to sleep in some campsites that are directly in the wind. Other campsites (the ones by and under the big tree) are so much better. Love the showers and the bathrooms!! Nice location (except the highway) and the chickens are SO CUTE AHHH
