We want to thank Camp-out RV for being so helpful and patient. We were first time rv buyers and Jonathan, Brittany and Les were so helpful. After purchasing our used trailer we experienced insurmountable issues with our truck. They were so helpful and patient during this time. Thank you so much.

Very accommodating during the sales part of the experience but once they have your money they stop trying. Not impressed with how inconvenient they made the pick up of our camper. It ended up costing us even more money after spending a great deal of money with them.

I purchased a trailer from campout RV in 2022 and have had nothing but issues with it leaking water since purchasing it. The last two summers it has been back to Campout for repeat repairs. After finally having enough I asked to talked to the manager who said he would make it a priority to make things right. After that conversation ended he wasn’t to be heard from again. I think I’m now dealing with the 4th person at campout about the same issue. The last person I dealt with finally told me last year when it was there they couldn’t find the leak so they just went outside of manufactures suggestions and put on an additional seals which lasted until this summer. Beginning of this summer the trailer began leaking again. First attempt to contact camp out no one responded. Finally after the second attempt the trailer went back there again and once again they bandaged another seal on it. The quality of the work was terrible and now I’m being told I have to deliver the trailer back to the States to be returned to the factory for a proper repair. I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere. The used screws with washers to try and stop the leak and some of the screws were stripped on an angle.

The staff at this place is super amazing my wife and I purchased a used trailer from them and they have treated us very well from the time we picked it up to a couple issues I had with it that I didn’t expect them to look after ver very thankful Yous have made me very satisfied and will be a repeat customer for all my service needs and future purchases of rv trailer I recommend this place 110%

Fabulous team. Never thought process will be so simple. Kudoos to Tessa who walked us through camping process. We loved it. I would highly recommend to visit this team. From starting process John walked us with selection and then later it was taken care off by entire team. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly atmosphere. We'll done guys.
