We had a wonderful experience at this campground! We drove 11 hours from lower Michigan and stayed 4 nights in a spot that was shaded and large. It had trails that are maintained, clean large bathrooms with showers, and playground for the kids. Jeff ( the owner ) was so very kind and made his rounds everyday to check on us! He even suggested spots of our family to go fishing. Those areas were close by and easy to get to! Highly recommend you to pick Camp Pontiac for your next trip!

Amazing. It was the last night before he was closing for the season and yet the owner invited us in to stay. Very friendly host. Pet friendly. Has a kids play area. He came by to check on us multiple times. The restrooms were clean and tidy. The showers were clean and private. The camp is well laid out. He is a landscaper by trade and the site shows it. There are multiple types of sites, from primitive for tents to concrete pads for large RV's. This is a new venture for Jeff. Give him your support! It is worth driving out of your way to go here. We plan to be back next year.

Jeff was a very gracious and helpful host. We needed a one nighter and he had room. He made sure we had a great site and got all settled comfortably This campground is full of mature trees and miles of trails. Quiet and cozy. The bathrooms are very clean and convenient These 4 wandering Canadians will hopefully make it back. Highly recommend this place
