Rooms are clean and appliances are actually updated. At least the room we rented. It's beautiful here. And the weather is nice! ♥️
We camped at the RV park. It's very quiet and secure. It's also located close to San Luis Obispo and Morro Bay. Military only; great price for the area.
Courteous and professional staff! Greatly enjoyed my stay at the RV park, slightly West of the NCO Club. Karen and her staff in the Billeting Office and Bill the Campsite Host were very accomodating. Full amenities, with power, water, and septic hookups, a couple nearby clean bathrooms/showers, and the coin-operated laundry/automated 24/7 convenience store, (814) as well as the PX (806) are a half mile away. That being said, 'Sheriff Bill' runs a tight ship! Will definitely stay again. There seems to be a bungalow available, as well, 1401, which looks nice.
My kid had a great winter camp here which he has been talking about it after.
We are returning customers of the RV campground. The price is right, the temperature is perfect. There isn't wifi so we read paperbacks. It's an easy jaunt into town so we can get groceries as needed. The restrooms are decent. The floors could be cleaner so bring shower shoes! It's quiet and pleasant.
