We had a winter ski trip and stayed in the A&B and Pioneer cabins. The wood stoves worked well to heat them. The bathrooms were perfect for our group with one in each bunk room in A&B. We set up a camp kitchen to cook but the cabin had a toaster oven, microwave and a dorm type fridge.
We had a lovely week as a Troop in week 3. It is sad to know that camp 🏕 is closing after this season, cheers TSR.
Wonderfully set up and clean BSA camp. Scouts should come for a visit
This campground is for boy and girl scouts. This scout camp is well maintained and clean and lots of fun for all scouts. The grounds give a feeling of relaxation and stress free there is no such thing of a bad day. The scout staff is the greatest of all the activities for the scouts. It is sad to say that the camp is closing for a great scout experience I will never have the great experience of the grounds of what I had at camp Trexler there is just something about the grounds that give pease and a feeling that your in a different world there are no worlds to explain the feel this camp gives when stepping on these grounds.
Great scout camp. Lots to do. Lots of fun and learning.
