I stayed at Camp Vaca just a few weeks ago. You have to have an affinity for nature to truly appreciate the simplistic beauty and gifts that the property beholds. The 360 degree sweeping views are amazing, but the sunsets are truly something special. As the sun sets in front of you the moon begins to take its nightly position behind you. It's so peaceful and rustically beautiful. If you are in the area and looking for a great place to camp, Camp Vaca is it.
