My mom and I stayed here for Mother's Day! The tent was clean and had a nice little heater. Very hot though and some fans would be great for the hot months. I felt like they could work on making some rock paths and clean up around the tents a bit more. And the hot tub (we looked. totally forward to) had a very bad smell when we opened it. So that was a huge disappointment.Needless to say we didn't get to enjoy it.. I do think with some more efforts put into the property and some learning on how to maintain the hot tub this place will be amazing!
This campground and host are a scam. The host cancelled on me 30 min prior to check-in due to “freezing pipes”. They told me they’d offer me a full refund or I could stay at one of their other listings for $60 extra. I decided to book another place immediately because we were already in town. She then told me that she’d only refund me via Venmo or PayPal if I left a 5-star review. I told her I was not comfortable with that and she stopped responding. Steer clear of this campground, especially on Airbnb. I wish I would’ve found the name of the campground prior to booking and looked at Google because all the bad reviews are true.
We enjoyed the stay, we did camp fire in the evening. My Son liked the stay. Restroom were neat only problem is Towels in the restroom ran out very fast. No wifi at location. Tent has Propane Heater and Rechargeable lights. Ambience inside the tent can be improved
This place cancelled our reservation the day of our checking in because there was a dog with ticks the night before. Ok I get it, things happen, suggest perhaps a different site or company nearby, but nothing of that sort. They said they would give a full refund. Fast forward a month still no refund. I had to file a claim with my credit card and get a refund that way. Stay away from this place unless you want to chance it being scammed by them. Very poor customer service.
I'd give them 0 stars.. this is a complete scam..they charged us for 3 tents and asked us to transfer via Venmo and ended up booking for a wrong date when asked to modify they said they couldn't accommodate that date and said would issue a refund. Which they never did. 50+ calls n messages no response for one. This was such a disappointment.. never book this place even through Airbnb or hotels.com. They are not aware of the poor customer service. I think all the positive reviews are given by owners themselves. We even drove to the camp site to find someone to ask about the refund. The place is noting but a bunch of basic tents. Doesn't have anything that matches the pictures shown. No one to guide your other. This is utter waste of your money
Probably should have read the reviews before calling. When I did call it was some one who didn't speak a lick of English at all. I hung up immediately.
