Customer Reviews
It's a campground so no rooms. The people are very kind. We didn't make a reservation but we were able get a very secluded and peaceful spot to camp. We love it. Not too far from the twin cities We surely will come again and highly recommend it.
Very nice to come here. The owner is a super helpful, great guy. He knew I was traveling alone and put me in a camping spot that wasn't way back in the woods, camping alone. He checked to make sure I got to my spot. It is really pretty, heavily wooded and beautiful ferns. It is kid and pet friendly, including a playground. It isn't your camp in a field type local. I'm shocked the bugs weren't bad, near Duluth I went home trying to camp. Cute little wooded location.
beautiful campground! showers are very clean and the owners are wonderfully kind.. I went to the little store on site and wanted to buy a can Cooley with the name of campground on it unfortunately they had none, a short time later the owners came by with ones complimentary that she made on her Cricut for us!! So kind!!
Wonderful, small campground. The owners are so nice and accomodating. Sites are unique and spaced out nicely for the most part. Quiet but also family friendly. Tons of hiking, fishing and "touristy" stuff to do in the area. Definitely our favorite place to camp.
We had to leave early but we had such a great time! The forest is beautiful, the people are so welcoming and kind, the spots are spacious, the full bathrooms are really nice to have, and there's a lot to do in the area. We will be back! Thank you so much for everything! :)
