If your Scout troop is looking for a weekend camping spot, this is the perfect place to
Awesome camp! Great for a weekend troop campout. By some phonemena, though, it always rains for us! We had a great pavilion though, so the troop stayed dry! Highly recommend for an outing or for leader training!
What a gorgeous, peaceful place. I love visiting Camp Westmoreland. Many improvements have been made over the years including a new bath/shower house, renovations to the kitchen and a new rifle range. They have put water to the campsites making this a "must visit" camp, along Shoals Creek, for scouts.
Great BSA camp. Smaller than some of the other regional camps but provides some great resources for the Shoals region. Both of my sons participated in the annual twilight camps for the cub scouts and had wonderful experiences.
Beautiful! A wonderful spot to camp and explore
