It includes a kitchen with all the things that you would need to cook/bake, plus a beautiful pool table, a great fireplace, and a stereo system you can Bluetooth into. The porch surrounding the clubhouse is quite large and wraps around the perimeter. Down by the lake, canoes/kayaks/peddle boats were available with plenty of life jackets.
