The spot we were in was kind of tight I had to really be careful cuz I didn't have very much room to put my truck we had a tree that was by our site that was leaking water into the front of our steps for our trailer was. The people we were staying next to were not very hospitable but I needed a place to stay so we stayed there

It worked for a few nights but our site was right above a power boat service center and sometimes they were very very loud when working on the engines.

Labor day weekend the pull thru row had filled up and when last rig plugged in fuse blew in main box it was replaced 1 1/2 hr later then our rv was plugged in 1st and no issues then added rest and when last one was on it blew again they came and pulled meter. Told husband tjat we couldnt have power till rv was certified that it wasnt our rig . Could find someone to come out on labor day and they left us no power in 115' so we moved to a different park with no issues in power . Not given a previous warning to this to get rv certified or it would have been done . My husband is a licensed contractor and has gone thru rig and no issues . Was told by 2 rv techs its the park not the rvs. Regardless you dont take power in this heat it is against Arizona law. Also check your electric usuage as they have the highest rate of electric service being charged.

We were able to get a single night here while passing through. Very nice place and the staff was great. Spots are very close together but it wasn't too noisy. Has a small dog area, would be nice if it was a little larger. We didn't use any of the amenities since we only stayed a night, but we would come back.
