Just did three nights at this campground. We liked our spot as it offered some privacy and having three services for our trailer made it even better. The bags of wood for sale are a typical price (just under $10) and size and will last a couple of hours or so if you ration your wood. The other option is to pay $45 for a tractor bucket load of wood! If you’re there for a week or with friends for a few days, this is a great option. The common area is nice and spacious with a small field, a small playground for kids, and a little “hall” with some games to keep the adults occupied. There is even a food truck on site that opens up here and there which offers some basic choices. The pool, although small when there are lots of people, was a fantastic addition since the weather for our stay was a bit gloomy and it offered a great alternative to the little beach on the pond. The water was warm clean. Highway access is not the best as the campground sign is not apparent until you’re about 200m from the turn. Plus to go west one must go east first and u-turn which can be challenging if the highway is busy. The down-side is that there is a lot of road noise, and there is a Heli-tour business right across the highway. If you can tune all that out and enjoy your site and your time in and around Mont-Tremblant, this is a nice spot that we’d return to again.
This is a great campground. It is a very cozy place to relax. 20 minutes to tremblant village. Very clean and well maintained. We rented a site with an RV. The RV is dated but nicely equipped and everything works. We are happy 😊 with our choice. There is a heated pool and a rec room. There is a small private lake with a tiny beach and a few canoes you can borrow. The office has a good variety of camping basics and food and drinks but the prices are high and not well displayed. We will return. Great value for the money. The staff is friendly and addressed our questions and needs well. There is some noise as this is right on the highway.
Some camping areas are large enough to fit 2 small cars, a large 3 room tent, and large table + bench. The camp sites are however very close to one another with few trees to provide some if any privacy. Wood is pricey but provided on site, and delivered to your site. On busy weekends, expect to be smelling your next three neighbour's BBQ and share the intimate noises they make during the night, other than that... Nice place.
This was a lovely place, clean and friendly. They were all so welcoming to us, much appreciated after a long day of cycling. St Hubert delivered so we didn't have to ride into town for dinner. Lovely warm pool.
Camp ground is located on highway, so lots of noise. Pool is super tiny and beside highway. Lake is a dirty pond. Camp sites are on side of road and have no tree coverage. So every car driving to their camp site can see you tent set up. No privacy. Horrible customer service. I was told to pay a deposits for one night that I was staying. When I got to the camp site they said the deposit is the price of one night, so really I paid in full over the phone but it was called a deposit.
