Rude staff all around, I understand it's a friday afternoon on a long weekend. But wow so much attitude at the front desk, spot as so so, no privacy and the last tenants pooped in the bushes. Also, there's a mad racoon problem and the arcade stole my twoonie
Nice campground with a nice lazy river running through it. The sites are small and packed in but if you like the water and Sandy beaches, this is the place! There is a pool and a playground for the kids. It would be great if the camp sites were twice as big. There was no room left on our site to sit once we had our truck and 32' trailer parked on it. Very level sites with 30 amp and water and sewers. My only complaint is the small sites.
We really liked this campground for our family. There was lots to do on site for the kids. There was full hook ups which was huge. A large playground was enjoyed as well as the splash pad area. But most of all the kids loved tubing down the river Diable which wraps around the campground. Centrally located to the main highway and Tremblant village proper. Gas stations and grocery are all around the corner. Getting in and out with a larger rig can be tricky as there is a sharp turn at the gate FYI.
Campsites are super tiny and closed to each other. Barely no privacy. Closed bathroom every morning at 8:30am instead of cleaning it early morning or late at night. (Closed for 25 min ) Need to walk another 15 mins to the other one and wait in line for another 15. Make sure you bring your own wood if you don't wanna end up selling a kidney for it. You hear the highway all day/all night. Pool was closed due to labor shortage. And beach at your own risk. No lifeguard at all time. Good points... 1 star cuz it's dog friendly 1 star for enjoying my own kayak and tube on site's river (beach) 1 star because campsites were pretty clean when we showed up compared to other places we've been.
Great campsite for meeting friends... which is exactly what we did. Great service. We were allowed to make last minute campsite changes to better accommodate our preferences - more sun, less noisy neighbours. This place has all the amenities - beach, pool, playgrounds, arcade, dumping, showers ($1 for 5 minutes), a food stand truck, and firewood for sale. And it's located 15 minutes away from Mont Tremblant.
