Facilities are nice and clean. There are many beautiful trails for hiking. The only problem is there is no phone network in most of the area, so if you go out there with many friends, bring a walkie talkie
Trails are great and view from top is amazing. Camping is ok but there is no privacy at all as the campsites are so close to each others. So many racoons in the area we were camping and they would wonder all night around our tents. We did not meet any staff there and the toilets looked clean.
Peaceful and beautiful lake and Mountain View, without Wi-Fi 😆
So many reasons to rate my experience with this place even below 1 star. First, rudeness of the employee who was purposefully stalking us all the time to find any issue to grill us with his nasty racist attitude. Mainly speaking French though he can speak English. This is a touristic attraction and the main factor that attracts guests and tourists is great welcoming and excellent customer service. This guy was talking arrogantly as if we were his staffs or subordinates. Very unfriendly and lacks massive professional conduct. Secondly, there was no privacy at all. Camps are so close and you could hear your neighbours chatting even with a low tone. Thirdly, our designated camping site was very small and has an annoying rough sloppy ground with a lot of small sharp rocks and wooden sticks. The tent was damaged due to this terrible land setup. We had great difficulty to set up our chairs and table. Animals would find it difficult to even walk or sleep on this ground. How about humans!!! Fourthly, poorly maintained facilities. We spend three days there and the toilets were not cleaned, not even once!!!!!!!!! Fifthly, no emergency service at all. I didn’t see any SOS phone or even a fire extinguisher among the camps. There is no cell service or even wifi at any part in this huge park except in the service centre. In case of emergency no one would know about you, but GOD. Despite all these ugly things, this place has great nature and wonderful scenes and sightseeings. For me service comes first and everything else falls behind. Not coming back nor recommending this place to anyone until they do major improvements and treat their customers properly.
It was very bad experience for the following reasons 1. My camp was in very small space and no privacy with the neighbors , you can hear all their conversations. 2. The land located for the tent has a lot of stone and damaged my tent. And the land in very slobe and was unable to sleep with this slop neither eat on the table with this slobe. 3. One of the employee came to us next day without and introduction and without smile to give us very strict instructions like we are in army and we have to just listen to him . 4. The washroom very small and one of the toilets was not working. I'm not repeated this bad experience. I didn't get what I paid and expected.
