Location is wrong. It's the right before and looks like a loop. But couldn't drive whole since my SUV couldn't do it. Too much mud road at the end and deep bumps for which you need proper 4wd.
It is a beautiful area for hiking and enjoying a sunny day! Although definitely a workout hiking back up to the parking lot entrance.
The location is wrong. It is at approximately 14 clicks. Turn right and go down the long decline. It is shown in maps as a rectangular road with a loop to the right of Tranquille Criiss Creek road.
An awesome place to pan for gold and even camp if you are so inclined.
This is a hidden gem. The canyon is very cool. Definitely visit.
