Camping World Racing Resort Introduce

Welcome to Camping World Racing Resort, your premier destination for camping and RV adventures in Concord, NC. Nestled in a serene and well-maintained environment, our resort offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. Whether you're a seasoned camper or a first-time visitor, we provide everything you need for an unforgettable experience.

Our campground features full hookup sites with gravel surfaces, ensuring a stable and comfortable stay. We take pride in our clean and secure facilities, including a state-of-the-art bathhouse with private, code-access showers. For our furry friends, we offer a dedicated pet park where they can play and socialize.

At Camping World Racing Resort, we believe in going above and beyond for our guests. During Tropical Storm Helene, we opened our doors to Asheville refugees, offering free sites while they waited for essential services to be restored. This act of kindness reflects our commitment to community and exceptional service.

Here’s what our valued customers have to say:

  • "We have stayed at this campground for over 20 years. Very pleasant staff, grounds are clean and taken care of. They have a pet park as well. The bathhouse was excellent. Showers were awesome and very clean, the doors lock and you need a code to enter, so you feel safe."
  • "Although sites are all gravel, they are full hookup and reasonably priced. But the really incredible thing is, during Tropical Storm Helene, they offered us, as Asheville refugees, a free site while we waited for power and water to be restored to our home. That kind of generosity is rare these days! We were very grateful and that will not soon be forgotten. You guys ROCK!"

Join us at Camping World Racing Resort and experience the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, we look forward to making your visit memorable.

Very happy with our stay here. Nice, wide, level spaces for back in and pull through sites. Hook ups are placed conveniently & consistently as well. We stayed by the dog park for about a month for work. Traffic & road noise was never an issue for us. There were days when the drag strip& dirt track were noisy - but we actually enjoyed hearing that and it wasn't constant. It wouldn't hurt to check event schedules before booking. Also, it's definitely worth mentioning that you can walk to the drag races and the dirt track - loved that!

The good: full hookups, easy in and out, conveniently located, laundry on site, horse shoe pit actually had shoes. The bad: sites are mostly unlevel, price was a little high for what you get, no book exchange or lending library, no pool or hot tub, no fire rings, wifi barely worked, a little road noise. The ugly: race track is right there so there is some noise (They stop at 11pm so it wasn't a big deal to us), tons of lights at night.
