Camping World RV Sales

Amy Donovan was the BEST In helping us pick out our new home. She listened directly to our needs, our timeframe, and concerns. I loved that she looked us directly in the eyes when listening or speaking to us. She made us feel comfortable. She didn't seem to be "bothered" by our questions, as another salesperson at Camping World had made us feel. She was able pick us up at home and drop us off when the hitch installation was scheduled. She even laughed at some of our corny jokes!! Our Camping World experience was excellent. We're very happy with entire process. Thank you to Amy & all the others who have made a dream come true for us!

Amy Donovan took the time to listen about what I was looking for in a motorhome, made sure all the ones we looked at were as expected and found me the make and model that fit what I was looking for in my home away from home. The team at Camping World got everything ready so that I could enjoy it for the weekend. The half day spent learning the RV and going overall care details then shopping the store for necessities (and some fun stuff) was fabulous. Again, thanks to the team with Amy, Scott, Josh, Eric, Julia and Donny - you are amazing!

There are so many negative experiences about Camping World. Well here is a good one! Our salesperson was Keith. He is genuine and listens to you. Makes you feel comfortable and that he is on your side. Everyone we encountered was helpful and personable, from the salesman, manager, service, finance to the front desk. We were worried after reading all the bad reviews online about Camping World. Maybe other locations aren't good, but I'm feeling great about the Roscoe Camping World. Went there today with questions & concerns about our loan, warranty, and an issue we found with the camper. I was graciously taken care of.... and they already have my money 😆👍

Mathew Goodwin lead service advisor is very helpful and very noticeable. I do recommend people to stop there. Their whole service department are wonderful people. They know what they’re doing. I have not had that in the past with any other dealerships that I’ve had to deal with so far and all the years that I’ve been RVing so it’s been nice to actually come across that people know what they’re doing

Absolutely fantastic experience at Camping World in Roscoe, Illinois! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We noticed wear on our tires and found out we needed a new axle. This would have taken weeks to get the part but the service manager called around and found us one in the area! Mike & Kim made this whole experience stress-free. We’ve had problems with our RV before and it’s always a hassle getting anything done. We were fixed up and on our way within 48 hours! We stayed the night in the parking lot and on Friday morning they got the part and took our RV to work on it. They noticed issues with the leaf springs as well. Replaced everything and gave us back our RV by 6p.m. One more night in the lot and we were back on the road. I’ve honestly heard awful things about Camping World so I was a little skeptical, but they were closest to us, and this was something we needed done ASAP. If anyone has doubts about Camping World, I’ll be sure to share our more than amazing experience! Thanks to everyone that helped us out!
