I can't speak highly enough of the Camping World Panama City, FL location and their amazing staff. I have to give a special shout-out to the key staff members who made my first camper purchase an absolute dream. "James Abercrombie", my lead salesman, not only taught me how to drive and park my camper but also provided hands-on support throughout the entire purchase process. I asked more questions than anyone could imagine, and James, along with his sales partner "Kevin Bradley", offered exceptional support before, during, and after the purchase. "Nicole Abercrombie", my finance lead, handled financing, warranties, and answered all my questions with a personalized touch. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and customer service skills were outstanding. "Brian Voigets", the store General Manager, "Terry Pritchard", "Chad Jenkins" Sales Manager, "Carolyn Dewyea" Sales Manager, "Tiffanie Ward" and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to answer all my questions and teach me the insider tricks of camping. I found my dream camper, a 2024 Jayco White Hawk 27RB, and I'm so excited to start camping and be part of the Camping World family! Even though Camping World Panama City, FL was a nine-hour drive from Seymour, TN, it was worth every mile. The team is highly organized, personable, and not pushy in the sales process, ensuring you find your perfect camper or RV. I would do it all over again every time. Sales men that I encountered were Not Truthful.... kept telling me all is good...had me purchase insurance for the RV I was trying to purchase a used RV.... while All the time... without my knowledge or permission.... after telling me...we just need to print and sign the paperwork.... kept hitting my credit.. lowering my score....not honest nor true
On Saturday December 14th my wife and I decided to stop and look at campers as we had been considering one for a while. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly smile and a handshake from our salesman Caleb. We told him which model we had an interest in and he never tried to show us more than we asked for. Once we decided to go forward with a deal he was honest and straight forward with us, explaining all of the various fees and giving us discounts wherever possible. We are very happy with our purchase and will definitely recommend them to others.
