Block my Fifth Wheel Camper here to the service center Teresa was extremely helpful. I purchased the fifth wheel in Milwaukee Wisconsin and the day after I purchased it closed its doors forever. So customer service in Milwaukee was non-existent. However here in Dover customer service is top notch. Even though it was busy in the service center Teresa took the time needed to go over each of the issues I had. Then we did a walk-through and she took photos and put painters tape on all of the issues so the people in the service department would be able to find each of the issues. I've had bad experiences with other Camping World stores but this store has been extremely helpful, polite, and insightful. However I'm not actually sure what's going on with all the uprooted plants... They look to be perfectly good plants that had been pulled out of the ground roots and all.

Had an excellent experience with camping world. Jacob and his team were phenomenal. I got my dream camper Thanks to Jacob reaching out to me after I saw him six months ago he kept on searching for me and that meant everything to me Because Jacob and camping world were the only establishments That did that for me No one ever reached back out to me except Jacob from camping world. Now that’s customer service thank y’all again

We had a wonderful experience here today! I came in to explore different options. John A. took such good care of us! He took us all around the property and showed us so many amazing options. He took the time to explain the towing options and even helped us get a quote estimate on insurance and financing. We will totally be back here when we are ready!

Purchase a 2022 Wolf Pup 2yrs ago from camper world a little bit after hurricane Milton took my R. V. In for repairs. Because there was leaking on the front side, make an appointment. When I go in for the appointment. Didn't seem as though Anyone knew about the appointment or we're too enthused about helping me for trailer repair,, One of the first things I was at told is that most of the things I had reported were not under my warranty that only cost 3,500, Finally get the customer rap to get my trailer in for Repair & detail which I would have to pay out-of-pocket, Though I was told it would take 1-2 days for everything Ended up taking 6days & When I finally picked it up,, All the sealant work look like amateurs did it and the detailing job was very Shabby not to mention the scratch they put on the side of my brand new Wolf Pup 2022 camper,, In conclusion , here I am a few months after the hurricane And Yesterday,, Severe thunderstorms passed through and Come to find out my trailer was still leaking in The exact same location. So after paying over 400 and change, my trailer is still leaking and I wouldn't recommend camper world to anybody for repairs or Purchase bad experience. When I purchase my 2022 Wolf pup, they welcome me with open arms when I took it for repairs and service.Nobody wanted to Greet me the same Is courtesy Thank you, Camping World.
