Little Wings and Myself decided to venture out and experience the opportunity of a possible RV as our next adventure of activities. Chris Record was our salesman, he presented himself as a real professional during our entire time from beginning to end. Further we met Clyde, John, and Alex from management and the finance department. Everyone of the gentleman deserves a BIG KUDOS from my wife Debbie and myself. We came to just look ,because we felt we were not ready to purchase at the time, they created an atmosphere that changed us from lookers and dreamers to owners. Always love visiting camping world at Saint Augustine. Have bought a couple campers from this location. Our salesman Tim G. really went to bat for us and worked relentlessly to find the best possible options. He helped with every step of the process and made it a positive experience. If you’re looking into purchasing a camper I would definitely go see him!

We have nothing but great things to say about ALL the staff working for this camping world site. All transactions have little hiccups here and there, We had a little more than a few, But this whole TEAM (from maintenance to the sales team) jumped on it and got it all handled for us. The gals in the sales area are awesome and extremely informative. You have a Stellar team working for you. These days, that's hard to come by. Isiah was amazing. I always have mixed emotions about Camping World. However this was an excellent experience and worthy of a great review. We were shopping for a new lounge chair for my SO. They had many on display and she was able to comfortably sit in all of them to find the one she wanted. A staffer (Erica) was working in that area stocking shelves and was extremely helpful. She was happy to provide great information and even cart the chair to the front of the store for us. Had a shock when the discount was 50% off the sticker price at the register. She even went to far as to help wheel the chair out to the truck and help me load it in the back seat. This was a great experience and made me happy to be a customer.
