I met with a salesman by the name of Gage. I will say he did listen to what I wanted and understood my budget. We were looking for a specific type of trailor and he tried hard to find it and kept up with my texts answering promptly. I felt very comfortable with him and not pressured!!
We had an EXCEPTIONAL experience with purchasing a camper. Birch was/is an excellent communicator and answered all our questions! He was very gracious and patient while we talked about what we were looking for. Great people skills!!! Everyone we spoke with as part of the sale was incredible!
Unfortunately, my experience does not reflect those of the people before me. We made an appointment to see a camper I intended to purchase today, I had spoken with the sales guy before hand about my tight schedule and that i may be early, which he was fine with. When I arrived, the receptionist was clearly having a hard time managing the phone and customer service, she ugly faced us while she tried to handle two phone calls, so we gave her some space and looked around, she made no effort to come find us when she was done with the phones, when I returned to the desk she was playing on her cell phone instead. I told her who I was and that we were there to see the camper, she advised me that the manager would be down to speak with me and then they would find a sales guy, being on a time limit, i told her I would like to just see the sales guy and not have to do all the extra, she snapped back at me that i could tell the sales guy that…. So we left, I had my children with me who even picked up on her rudeness and wanted to know why she was so rude to me, I told her I didn’t know but we don’t do business with rude people. I can only imagine if I did buy something from them and it broke that she is the customer service I would have to deal with. No thank you! I would say buyer beware.
I bought my camper off Trevor last September and the experience was flawless. Told him what I was looking for and showed me the best options for my budget and got me in out in just a few hours. Highly recommend camping world and even more with Trevor being your salesman.
