Carey was amazing, I told her what I was looking for and she not only found it but had it brought in from another state for me. No need to travel around looking for the right one. I had an emergency as most RV owners do at one time or another. The water pump died on a Saturday afternoon no less. I called camping world and they had the exact model I needed. When I walked into the store a clerk was standing there with the pump in her hand. She opened the box so we could compare and I left happy.

We have been looking for a RV that was suitable for us to be comfortable during our trip planned for cross country travels. We visited the Lake City location twice. The first time we met Don C., he was very helpful and informative. He showed us units we wanted to see. Listened to our needs and made suggestions. Showed us units he suggested for us due to our tow current tow vehicle. Also helped us understand that just because the unit says half ton towable, it might not be a good idea. We are very grateful to him for his knowledge and guidance. Which further review, the Lake City location did not have the unit we wanted, we did find it at another location and wanted to work with him, but in our case it was not possible. Don was a true and honest person, told us that he prefer we end up with what we wanted rather than him making the sale. Now that’s a great sales person!
