Camping World RV Sales

We finally got our first RV. Camping world in Bartow was a great experience. Cheers to Jesus and team. Thank you so much .

Buyer beware they do not stand behind their product paid cash over 80K for RV from them had to replace all 6 tires they had the wrong size tires on trailer had a couple other issues with it cost me $3,000 to just to get started after the first 300 miles they told me sorry there's nothing we can do. As soon as they got their money they didn't give two craps about us and didn't even help us hook up the RV to the vehicle. I have to say the parts department was excellent and helped me out. Update Well we've had the RV for 4 weeks now the sidewall is delaminating I will never buy another product from camping world not even a piece of toilet paper. update slide motor went out how to replace live motor then the air conditioner went out Jesus keeps going. Only 3 months in still haven't reimbursed us for tires that they said they were going to pay half of I haven't heard no more pretty sad business practices.

One of my best memories as a child was camping with my family. I miss those times! I purchased a used fifth wheel from Camping World (Not this one) and was very disappointed with how I was treated. I was told that there would be a thorough "walk-through" when I picked it up. I had to fight to get one and it wasn't comprehensive. I was told that they would "prep" the RV before I picked it up. They did replace the refrigerator as needed, but that was the extent of their prep. The black tank was full with dried refuse from the past owner, the seals were bad over the entire RV, the middle A/C didn't work, the handles for the grey tank pulls were missing and the delivery of the RV was a day late. Despite all of this, I still like Camping World. I purchased an extended warranty from them and the warranty company stood behind the warranty and replaced items that needed to be replaced. The staff at my local store is always friendly and willing to offer advice. They don't always have what I need when I go into the store, but then, I don't expect them too.

Picked up a nice used camper. Hitch work and brake controller install great. Being we were in town for 6 hours you would think they would clean the unit ! Nothing was checked or cleaned. They did replace microwave. I brought it home and checked the panel and the tanks were not empty! We stayed so they could "detail" it. Nothing was cleaned, inside maybe swept floor but surfaces all gritty , table was dirty, cushions in dinette still have black fingerprints. I have spent all morning cleaning.

First off I want to say I love love love Misty Deater at Camping World Bartow FL!!! She has been such a blessing for my son and I. Everything I told her I needed she found AND when things didn’t go as planned with my finances she held on with me and didn’t leave! She made sure my vision was found in the end and she really handled me with care. I also had her husband for my finance manager and he was likely as caring. Thank you also to the man who walked me through my inspection. I forgot his name but he was sooooo nice and thorough and allowed me to ask a ton of questions and video portions I would need for later. I really did this alone and I didn’t feel that way along the entire process. I am very thankful with my decision to walk into Camping World Bartow!!
