They were so friendly and great to work with. Matt was a great salesman and Alex handled all the paperwork so professionally. The tech that walked us through the trailer was knowledgeable and very detailed.
I went in on a Wednesday knowing exactly what I wanted, sales guy was nice; they tack on a $1400 extra fee for stuff you are going to replace/upgrade anyhow so don’t buy that, (ready set camp I think is what they call it, seriously hard pass on it; YOU DONT NEED IT). But they REQUIRED me to put down a deposit ($500) and said that they would get me financed overnight and that they specialize in hard to finance folks, (was told she is 70 and has been in the business her whole life so it will come through) only to find out that they couldn’t finance me. Refund of my deposit supposedly happened that day… it is now Monday and I STILL don’t have my deposit back. DO NOT PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN, especially if the place is empty! They tried to “blame” my bank and it is not the case. If I could give zero stars I would.
Salesman Rick was outstanding! He listened to our wants and needs regarding a trailer purchase. He found us an outstanding RV for an amazing price. He went above and beyond helping us get the deal done in an expedited process. Rick even spent his days off getting the sale sorted. I highly recommend Rick to anyone looking to purchase an RV. He was very knowledgeable. Justin in finance was great too!
My husband and I just visited the Meridian Idaho CW location for the first time and the customer service was awesome as soon as we walked in. We were greeted by 3 different associates. Tristan was helpful, very professional and knowledgeable from the moment he asked us if we needed help. Very happy with our visit.
