Great spot in the woods, minutes from Ned. Hiking & biking & skiing trails run right next to camp. Pretty off-leash friendly. Coyotes! Views! I was here in late November for the first snow. Got 6". Made it out of this exact spot with a travel trailer and a pair o' chains. When dry, the driveway was a tad rocky & rutted getting to the site. Mid clearance (subie) recommended. Stayed for two weeks without issue. Lots of unhoused camps throughout the West Mag area. None were any trouble ofc, but I did haul out a literal pickup bed full of the previous tenant's garbage. Help out where you can I guess; fom each according to their ability

One of the best places to go (easy / intermediate) mountain biking near Boulder. Flowy trails, lots of them and occasional challenges. Kudos to the boulder county mountain bike club for maintaining this!
