This is definitely a campsite that you can access through the state park. People who say that you can’t access it because it goes to private property or trying to not hike to it from the state park Trail. Campsite is pretty nice when you get to it but the trail getting to it is pretty overgrown and it’s a 5.6 mile hike to it and then another 5.6 miles back .

A campsite for sure! If you're a camper this campsite is sure a place to camp by your campfire. Campsite 2 is the campsite for serious campers, weekend campers, first time campers, camp cooks, camp Town road, campaigns, night campers, day campers, campers who sleep on rocks, and camp enthusiasts alike. Camping is as much a state of mind as it is a physical activity. Campsite two provides the perfect place to sit back and become one with the campmosphere. The trees provide shade. The ground a place to stand. And oooh the air! The air is so phenomenal for breathing. It just does something to your lungs. Revitalizes, rejuvenates, remodels, rebirths, restarts, recompenses, and removes all the air you've breathed for other campsites (like campsite 1). You can't come here and not appreciate the all it's qualities. Camping doesn't have to be fun, but campsite 2 really puts the cap in camp. Truly outstanding spot to go if you have nowhere else to go or nothing else to do, I would highly recommend visiting if this is the case. A well rounded experience can be expected for this campsite for campers to camp by a campfire. As always, camp on!
