Customer Reviews
Loved this campsite, it was perfect. The area is very remote and quiet. Plenty of parking space and plenty of flat area in the campsite for tents. Has a fire ring and table. One bit of caution: I camped in mid May and saw 2 timber rattlesnakes nearby. Watch for snakes wherever you go and you should be fine. There's a hiking trail across the road from the campsite or drive down the road a mile and you can park next to the creek at another trailhead. You won't have any cell phone signal anywhere near the campsite but there's a lookout point 3 miles away on cowpens road that does have great cell signal.
No electric. Running water or hookups. Right off the dirt road but still Very quiet and secluded. Hiking trails within 100 ft.
Super far from civilization. I was the only one up there
Great place to get away.
