We stayed here for just short of 2 weeks while my husband and son did some hiking on the AT. It was a quiet park even during the holiday weekend. The park has 1 loop for reservations and 1 loop for first come first served customers. Mark the host was wonderful, we visited often with him as we needed quarters for the showers every night. The bathrooms are clean and the access to the showers was wonderful after hiking every day. Thank you so much. Virginia
Great place for a mini get away! The campground itself was very quite. You are very close to the road so you will hear cars but that didn't bother us at all. My boyfriend and I stayed a few nights here during the 4th of July weekend. Highly recommend bug spray & citronella candles! Campground sells firewood at the entrance if needed & the host was very friendly. Would recommend this place & will be coming again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!
This is a very good campground. I highly recommend it. The place is easy to find and close to stores. The amenities are clean and host is very friendly. Don’t listen to the bad reviews here, obviously they can’t follow basic instructions.
Very friendly and understanding personal. Quiet hours are from 6am to 10 on, and everyone is pretty respectful of that. Nice plots too. Will come again.
Between dogs barking most of the night, kids screaming until midnight, people coming and going all night and the road traffic noise, we did not have a good experience. We are not complainers and if it were just one of the these issues we would have stayed. The host did refund us for the second night that we did not stay.
