Thank you for Road Riders for Jesus Rally stay at the camp. We enjoyed location with all the building available to use for our 50 people. We used the lodging, kitchen, chapel, outside picnic shelter, campfire, bathhouse/ restrooms and cabins. Thank you!!
A LOVELY Campground. Very clean. Did a geat job renovating. Inherited terrible plumbing that cause a lot of issues with their toilets & some showers. Nice, HOT WATER for my morning shower was wonderful though. And most issues were handled immediately. The maintenance staff was on top of it. Enjoyed our week stay with our Church campers!
Canaan Aches is an amazing place to be a Christian either as an adult counselor or as a kid ranging from as young as 1st or 2nd grade Al the way up to graduate age. Mike and Laura are doing a wonderful thing here and I applaud them for their efforts in keeping Canaan Aches Christian Campgrounds opened and operational year after year.
The house was really old and in need of updates and dusting. It was clean for the most part but bathroom was grungy. New flooring but mildew in places. Everything was in working order. Great quiet setting with a wonderful kids park. No traffic in Fall. No t.v. but not a bad thing for 2 days. Rent was super cheap and manager was friendly. Got what I paid for so good deal in my eyes.
My daughter loved staying there. They was very good with communication (my daughter's first time away) and was on top of everything when the storm came through.
