I've traveled a lot, and this is one of the best value hotels I can remember. The rooms are absolutely spotless. The prices are fair, and there are unique amenities like complementary laundry, gym, wifi, etc. The room included a kitchenette. Initially I intended to stay 1 night, but made it 4 nights instead. Very much recommend, and very much earned their 5 stars.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Yolanda was great when we checked in and when we got supplies from the cupboard. Room was very clean with good amenities. The hotel is close to several great restaurants and just a drive over the bridge to the rest of Charleston. Definitely recommend!
We stayed here for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend and overall had a pleasant stay. Staff was very nice and courteous. There is limited parking with extra parking across the street at another hotel. It is not a far walk but still a little annoying. Our room was clean and we enjoyed the kitchen sink and refrigerator. The only complaint we have is the smell. The hallway and our room both smelled like weed/some type of cleaner on and off the whole weekend. Just a very odd smell. It didn’t really bother us once we got used to it but still it was noticeable each time we entered the hotel/our room. Overall would stay here again.
Some of the nicest rooms I've stayed in in a long time refrigerator stove microwave China silverware you name it everything was extremely clean the staff was all very friendly always even the janitor's laundry people telling you why when they say it good experience
Nice Hotel rooms were clean. The highlight of the hotel was the front desk guy. His name was Aiden quite possibly the best front desk guy that we’ve ever experienced every tip he gave us or recommendation was a 10 . I wish every hotel had A guy like that
