Clean, quiet, and friendly owners and others. But mostly people keep to themselves. I do wish it had laundry facilities and a bit pricey by monthly rent . Of course most of the tenants are miners. It's a really nice place

Great for overnight stay. Update 10/5/2024: We stayed here again on our way back to NorCal. While it is convenient and our site was fine it appears not enough attention is being paid to the long term residents. There is a lot of dog droppings everywhere. We witnessed multiple residents letting their dogs out the door unleashed and pooping at will. Most of the dog mess is not being cleaned up. The Owner should be advised at least one offending resident with a mostly white Pitbull just let the dog roam around unleashed. This could be a bad liability. We won't be back unless things improve. I changed our rating to 3 stars because of it.

Great place to stay! We stayed here for about 3 months and Wendy was nothing less than amazing. Answered all of our questions and they were so understanding!! You can complain about the train all you want there’s nothing they can do about it. Great little community. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I didn’t think to take photos - but where we were was perfect for our overnight stay! Wendy was very helpful on the phone and her husband swung by to make sure we were comfortable. My only complaint - and it is not owners fault - is that our neighbor started getting ready to leave at 4:30 AM. He had to hook up his 5th wheel and his electric tongue jack would have woken the dead! If you are leaving that early, hook it up the night before!!!! I will definitely stay here again.

It apparently was a good place to live, so when I wanted to move in over two years ago they wouldn't even return my calls much less let me in, and now recently several friends of mine keep being threatened with eviction because they are poor, not fancy enough, and the man doesn't get enough hours to be Richie Rich like they are apparently trying to shift it all to being old the rich boomering people so I'd avoid this place if I were you because all common sense shows that trying to go live there now would either be impossible or end badly for you..... You don't like honest commentary ? Then learn to run a business like everyone there is family , and no one would be being threatened to have their lives ruined there too now, which is exactly what they did to the Brookwood RV park as well over the past months, all normal poor people tenants that have to live in a cheap park are being evicted left and right and there's nowhere really to go for them, so apparently Lovelock in general is turning into a bad place to live run by mean trumpette types who always are first people they want evicted and gone so the richies can buy it and the town turns into rich freaks only kind of place, I'm sure glad I'm moving to a nother state now , where it's safe and friendly....
