Awesome! We brought our youth group here for a week and we all loved it! Yes there are some spiders and bugs and critters, that is to be expected! You are in rustic cabins. You are camping. The beds are very comfy. Dining hall is great, swimming hole is amazing the kids loved the diving board! We took the canoes out that are in the boat house! The unit houses are great also we turned one of them into our chapel for the week...we are already making plans to return in July!
This place is awesome... If you like roughing it. Our group had the best time here. The bath houses had spiders but most of the campground had very little bugs. They have an amazing swim hole too.
The cabins at group camp 1 are disgusting. Rat infested...nasty..oh so nasty. Roaches/water bugs as big as my pinky finger. I refuse to stay in these disgusting cabins. I am sickened as my family has waited on this location for 2 1/2 years. We have videos and pictures of the filth.
Safe for families. Clean bath houses. Beautiful scenery. Friendly employees and campers. Lots of adventure, hiking, and good clean fun.
Great open campsite. Had a blast here. Cabins are just the right size and the grounds are beautiful
