Nice quiet park. It's a clean and tidy landscape. The owner is straight up easy to rent a lot from .
great place just got here friendly owner works wonders best camper park we’ve had since traveling best spot we wanted held it for us and everything. also have people that have been here longer and they love them too.
Owner does not keep his end of the bargain when you move in when you ask him about things, he blows up, tries to fight you not only that, but he’s verbally abusive to his kids and wife to the point in the afternoon you do not want to sit outside When you stay one night and you and him get into a fight because you asked him about the bathroom situation in the Bath house which is Nasty He will not give any money back. He would rather smoke his pot on the back porch instead.
3 miles to town or to interstate 20. All gravel to drive/park on. Includes Water, trash, sewer & power.
The owners are awesome .Couldn't find a better place to live. Tammye Wyatt lot 12
