We spent a fantastic night in a pull through at this campground in a 34 foot motorhome towing a vehicle. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was good power and water. My dogs loved their goody bags and the small dog park after a long day on the road. The sites are well treed, and spacious. No problems with wifi either. I will visit again when I'm in the area.
We camp here several times a year. The sites are spacious well groomed and easy to access. There is complimentary showers, clean washrooms, laundry facilities and excellent kids play area, adult games and a large dog park fenced in. There is a small store on site. The owners Tim, Shirley and Alyssa are wonderful, welcoming hosts that are a pleasure to spend the weekend with. Long weekends bring entertainment and fun. It’s a beautiful family friendly rv park that can’t be missed off Hwy 1 in the Fraser Canyon between Boston Bar and Blue Lake.
Little Get away from Metro Vancouver. Very welcoming environment. The sites are the nicest I’ve been at for private camping a place to relax with family and friends. We were there on the long weekend and enjoyed a pancake breakfast and beautiful concert at breakfast. A shout out to the best hosts ❤️
This was my first ever stay at a campground. I should have done better research as there is a boiling water advisory in the region. The check in was over the phone as the owners were away, but it was easy to find the campsite and hookup. Starlink didn’t work because of heavy tree canopy and we didn’t get the wifi password. We did get 1 bar on our phones, which was just enough for internet, but not enough for steaming movies. The bathrooms and the showers were clean and spacious and there was even shampoo and a blow dryer for the guests. Overall it was a cozy campground. The office is lit up at night with light garlands and can be easily seen from the highway.
The park was not so easy to access coming from the north. Making a left turn on a busy road was not pleasant and once onto the access road it was a bit confusing finding the RV Park as there is a restaurant and motel on different lots but with the same name. The RV Park is the last of the three. There is pavement all the way until the interior roads then it is gravel. Check in was a little long winded but friendly (it included a doggy treat package). It was discovered during check in that there is a boil water advisory and has been in place for a while. We did have enough fresh water on board to cover our stay but it should have been disclosed during the reservation process. The rules are fairly basic. Our site, 04, was a pull through that was plenty long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer only) were to the left side. Distancing is not bad for a rural park. Each site is on it’s own terrace. Each site has a table and a fire pit. Our site was flat but sloped to the right thus when the coach was leveled the step out was large. Overall the park was okay for an overnighter. The RV Pad was gravel but the rest of the site was dirt.. There is included wifi but it was unusable. There is cable TV. We not find any OTA channels. Satellite and Starlink might be difficult because of the heavy tree canopy We had two bars of 5G on our hotspot. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean and modern. The fenced dog park was grassy and clean. There is a restaurant a short walk away (we did not use it). The park offers a small store and concession. The playground and recreation area appears to be quite nice. We found this park to be a fair overnighter. We paid $52.50 per night and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again. One star lost for the lacl of disclosing the boil water alert .
