Showed up on a Monday before 4th of July (Thursday) Got the last spot available! Very nice campground. Super clean and very quiet. Bathrooms were very clean for pit toilets. Definitely recommended if you can get a spot as they are all first come, first serve. Great proximity to hiking/mountain bike trails.
Arrived just before noon on Thursday and was able to snag one of the last three spots left (14 in total). The host Debbie does a great job maintaining the campground and pit toilet. Right next to a couple trails and a climbing spot.
Nice campground just outside Flagstaff, we stayed the full 14 day limit, it was a perfect staging spot for visiting Flagstaff. Not huge, 15 spots total but so nice and quiet, we loved it. The hosts do a fantastic job keeping the campground neat and clean. Pit toilets were kept nice and clean. Potable water is available for free at the host site. They also have ice and fire wood available for sale.
Great campground near Mary lake. There are several other campgrounds here as well. Nice hike starts right at the end of the campground
Stayed here in May and finally getting around to leaving my review. My mom and I had just a wonderful time here. Camp host Debbie was such a delight and really on top of things. This campsite is run as a tight ship and we appreciated that. Restrooms were clean, campsites were great and I mean the canyon right there and those views!! Also it’s worth hiking into the canyon, two trails offer that close by and is a real treat. Highly recommend!
