This is a brand new RV Camp that is still under construction. While it does not have all of the amenities in place yet, it will be a fantastic park once completed. As far as what it has right now, it still has everything you need: a place to camp and full hookups. The location of the camp is great, about a 20 minute drive to the visitors center., very secluded and off the main highway. The view in the RV camp was amazing. This time of the year (early February), the other RV parks, most of the town shops and restaurants are closed. We simply ensured that we had a well stocked RV before our arrival which made for a wonderful experience without crowds in or around the park.

We had a great two night stay here in our camper van. Booking online was easy and our confirmation and site number came immediately. All sites look very level and wide. Each site comes with a fire ring and a picnic table. We were in a pull thru site. The bathrooms/showers were up and running and are really nice and private. The view was stunning and super close to Capitol Reef NP. They also had tiny homes to rent. I heard a laundromat is coming soon, so not much more you could ask for. Also, I have t-mobil and had 5Guc 4bars!

This campground is still under construction and we knew beforehand and didn't expect amenities. I have no doubt it will be a cut above the rest once it's complete. The sites are very nice. The view is beautiful and the night sky is amazing! I'd love to come back and stay once it's complete.

LOVE this park. Full-time RVrs. And, it will be ever more awesome next spring when it's all done. Nice spaces, not packed in; packed gravel, level. AWESOME VIEWS. Great access to national park and local, fun small towns.(the lower reviews do not account for the obvious work in progress; a few miles for an awesome park is not "far" at all, belies how the whole area works for a rural area.) We'll be back !!

Beautiful location and views. Brand new park, still under construction. Currently, no staff on site or facilities. Sites are level gravel with full hookups. Dog run is all silty dirt. I'm sure once they get it all dialed in, this will be a really nice park.
