Card'nal Cove Campground and Marina

The service was great and Austin and the crew were awesome to me and my family. And also super affordable! I know we will definitely visit again and will be recommending Card’nal Cove Campground and Marina to our friends and family!

What a great place to enjoy time with the family. We had looked all over before finding this wonderful place. The owners have done a great job making it a very nice and safe place for everyone of all ages to enjoy. I would recommend to anyone.

3/27/16 - 4/2/16 What a great place to relax and get away! Although the lake was at winter pool (25' down and rising) we caught plenty of Small mouth bass. The biggest around 5 to 6 pounds. The boat ramp was easy to access and we had no trouble launching even with the low lake level. The staff was excellent and made sure that we had everything we needed. Security was not an issue as we never worried about the boat being parked around the back of the cabin during the night at all. Cabin #3 was small (2 people max) but had all the amenities of home and had a fantastic view of the lake every morning. The other cabins were larger and would be better suited for a larger group from 4 to 10 people. Groceries and other supplies were just a short drive down the road to the local dollar store and Gas was available at the dock for a reasonable price. The hospitality of the staff and everyone we ran into there was genuine and sincere, The only thing that we were really unhappy with was having to leave but we are already looking forward to our next trip there. Bring food, fishing gear, and a DVD player for movies at night or just watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. We would suggest having a chart plotter/GPS or a good lake map on board as there are a few places in the middle of the lake that had a hump only a foot or so below the water surface so be careful and wear that life jacket. If you are looking for a great place to get away from the daily grind or a week away from it all fishing with the kids this is the place for you. The Memories were easy to come by, The fish you had to work a little harder for. Thanks

Spent the week here rented a cabin which was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful lake views wonderful pool. Everyone here is super friendly. The owners go above and beyond for their guests. The restaurant was affordable and the food was hands down delicious. I cannot recommend this place enough!!! We will be back!! Thank y'all for your hospitality it exceeded our expectations!!!

Mike and his team are fantastic. Very kind and helpful. If you are looking for rustic experience...this is the place. Little kitchen with fridge,stove and microwave was a bonus. The lake view was amazing. We will be back. Oh and the pool....must try
