Customer Reviews
Nice big park. The spots are very spacious. Lots of amenities. They have a fun fairy house hunt for the kids. They have amazing staff that pickup your trash in the morning and if needed they will refill your propane tanks and return them to your spot. Great location for a ton of things to do. Parks, shopping, food, etc. Definitely would return!
The staff is excellent, grounds well kept, RV slots are level. The cabins leave a lot to be desired. If your passing by and need a place to stay, keep going. Holes in the walls, vertical blind in the front room is broken, trim moulding stored in a closet, bathroom vent fan is a rattle trap, the small room is a glorified closet, second room still smaller than a jail cell, chair in the living space has springs pushing thru. Needless to say I would not recommend a cabin stay. For the amount Sound Pacific charges for initial membership plus annual dues, I expected better.
We had a mentally ill next door neighbor. He was threatening everyone around. My kid is still traumatized. They would not throw this guy out and told staff to not go around him. So there we were. The campers had to deal with the guy and management was nowhere to be seen. Most uncool thing I’ve ever seen camping. And then they want to try and sell us a membership. No thanks.
This place was very nice. Lots of amenities which actually worked. The grounds are well kept. The people were great that worked there. Even though they are close to Hwy 97, it was still peaceful. They take care of the grass areas on a daily basis. Even the people that stay there long term do their part on watering grass for there sections that they stay on. No garbage all over the place, which shows that the people that work there must enjoy the place too. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Cascades Meadows for the great stay.
After travelling through half of America at this time of the year. This resort, even though in the desert, had green grass, sunshine, and smiley faces! So welcoming was the staff. Especially Megan, who really went over and above. It was quiet and clean. Especially the shower facilities and the laundry room! They also made it very easy for us to extend our stay because we were so relaxed and were having a blast! We’ve stayed at 6 RV sites since the end of April and this one is our second favourite…. but really, who can compare to the nature in Yellowstone LOL Thanks Megan and everyone else at cascade meadows for welcoming us Canadians and our family to be apart of yours ❤️
