We liked this RV park. Found it off the Good Sam app. Would stay here again. We had the perfect site too. Plenty of shade. Really enjoyed the large pool and huuuge pool deck. New putting green a good addition too. Overall the RV park is a little on the old and tired side. However, it’s evident the current managers are making improvements as they are able. No shortage of staff tending to the place throughout the days we were there. Was good to see.
A great RV park close to all things Palm Springs. Due to Trump, this Canadian will not be back for an intended four month stay next winter.
Clean and well maintained park! New owners have done a lot to improve it. Pool area was fabulous! A good size pool, kiddie pool, and a hot tub. Lots of shaded areas around the pool as well. Staff were so kind and welcoming. Location allowed for easy in/out as well.
I wouldn’t recommend a stay here. We stayed several times over winter and spring on a four month trip, and even invited family to join us. Spent probably close to 21 nights between us. Thought this might make us a valued customer but sadly not. Tried to extend what was now our final stay and they wanted twice the price for Coachella weekend despite telling us the week before there would be plenty of room, and no guests attending the festival would be booking in here. No first responder discount or continuation of the rates we’d be paying all along. Blamed “head office” and just basically dismissed us. So we opted to leave instead of supporting the price gouging because there was a festival half an hour’s drive away.. Washroom code for the women’s washroom wasn’t working one night and when I inquired in the morning was told “nothing is wrong”, despite not being able to get into either of the women’s rooms to use the washroom or for a shower sometime around 8:30/9pm. It’s loud, had neighbours shouting and smoking outside our trailer before 7am, a guy using a leaf blower to blow dust off everything in his site for an hour.. pointed directly at ours. Left a note on a neighbouring motorhome, they had dogs barking for 3+ hours. People think it’s ok to stop and let their dog pee in your site while you’re standing there. Heavy equipment rental behind the RV park can be a bit loud as well. Wifi didn’t work in any of our multiple sites. Had $500 in items stolen from our site on our last stay and when I wrote to them when we got home (we each thought the other had packed them away) and asked if the security cameras they were installing while we were there could be of any help to us, they didn’t respond. When I followed up I got “nothing observed”. I thanked them for their “concern” and never heard back. Super disappointing.
Stayed here for maybe a week or so because we broke down on the road. There was one really nice guy that welcome us on a new years eve which is so nice of him. We told him we will just go by one night at a time after booking for 3 days. This good man was gone when we extend. We told the front desk we will just book nightly until our truck get fix. All of a sudden they don't book us and told us to leave and there is no more availability but I checked online there's lots of available spot. This husband and wife is just picking on us because we are the only family that has 2 toddler in there. We never felt so unwelcome. Everything we do they have to say something. We will sure never going back to this RV park anymore because of this 2 people who is such a racist. I just want to let this couple know that you have a really bad service towards us. Never smiled on us nor greeted us in anyway. I will not recommend this RV park to a family with kids because they will pick on you. They only want old folks that doesn't go out in their RV that's it!
