Wonderful place to camp ❤️❤️ you can go to the river or walk around the campgrounds or walk across to a bigger water area and you can see the trout swimming and the blue herrings in the tree 😍❤️

I really love this place. The scenery is so beautiful. The Hosts are so nice, down-to-earth. Bathrooms were clean. Only issue I'd say there is quiet hour is at 10pm and some people are not considerate of the time or others. People are blasting their music, laughing so loud, practically yelling (talking so loudly). I get it, you're here to have a good time but please be considerate of others. People come to get away from busy lives and would like peace and quiet. Other than that, it's amazing.

The host is friendly and helpful. The toilet situation isn't the cutest but clean and you buy tokens from the host for the showers. Quiet time is 10 pm and I was shocked on how it seemed everyone shut down by 10:02 pm perfect to lay and watch the stars. The creek was a quick walk from our site and fun to hop from rock to rock and the water felt so refreshing. This was a last minute trip and was only able to reserve one night and the wonderful host asked us at check in if we were interested in staying another night and was placed on the waiting list . He confirmed the following day after check out we were able to snag another night at another site near by 😀. Will be returning with my family as this is one of the most beautiful, calming and friendly campgrounds we have been to.

Sheldon and his wife were amazing hosts! The customer service was honestly spectacular. They went above and beyond, answering all our questions and were very informative. The campsite was clean, had some beautiful sights close by, as well as hot showers (that were CLEAN)! The actual camp ground had beautiful trees greats for shade in the AZ heat, decent ground for the tents without a ton of rocks. The only issue a few skunks but keep your food locked up and you will be completely fine.

Stayed here for two nights on site A07, from Tuesday to Thursday. $26 per night - we stayed at Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon, which all cost us less than that. We were there with a 25 feet RV and found it pretty easy to get into our spot - however, other spots definitely looked trickier to get into, especially because of all the big trash-cans (is it really necessary to place 5 huge bins directly next to each other?) and stones on the side of the road. Staff is VERY kind and helpful and made us feel more than welcome. The location is good, you can reach Sedona within 30 minutes by car. There’s no store or anything in walking distance, though, and the store barely has anything to offer - so definitely buy some snacks and drinks before heading here. The campground itself is located in a very quiet area. However, our neighbours weren’t so quiet. A horribly loud generator was turned on until the very last minute they’re allowed to stay on. Turning on their car at like 6am because it’s a little bit colder.. How on earth are you not able to handle some lower temperatures in the morning and feel the need to heat up your car for like 30 minutes before driving off? - screw the environment, I guess? The restrooms are nothing more than pit-toilets, with no sink to wash your hands. However, they were fairly clean during our stay. The praise that the showers are getting from other reviewers is making me wonder - is there some other shower-facility that I don’t know about?! Seriously though.. $6 for an 8 minute shower, when most campgrounds (even the privately owned ones) charge no more than $3, is ridiculous. You can’t even choose the temperature; it’s either so hot that it almost burns you, or it’s way too cold. The old wooden-doors don‘t close properly and some of the locks are barely working. The shower’s weren’t that clean also, with hair in the drain and on the shower curtain - so why are you charging $6? All in all, it’s a pretty solid campground with very helpful staff. However, for $26 a night I was expecting just a little bit more, like proper toilets, cleaner shower facilities and a bigger selection at the store. If I ever get the chance to come back to Sedona, I‘ll be coming back here!

100/5 stars. Bathrooms were the cleanest you can imagine, did not smell AT all. Campsites are widely spaced apart, lots of room for kids to play in the woods. Everyone there was quiet and lovely. We stayed in A1 and would recommend it for a tent. The only sites I wouldn't recommend are the ones right next to a bathroom, you'll get a lot more passer-byers.

We really enjoyed cave springs. So happy they were able to open back up this year. They are still working on the water but they did have water available. Showers were great! The staff was super friendly and attentive. The blue herons were a treat! Would definitely come back to this campsite!

We rolled in on a Sunday looking for a 2 night stay. Recreation.gov said none available, however the hosts Dawn & Todd assisted us with a variety of available sites. The camp is clean and very woodsy! Bathroom are very well kept. Our two hosts are busy cleaning and tidying the grounds. They also gave us some hints and maps for hiking trails! This will be a MUST STOP when in the Sedona area going forward.

This campground is very nice and the site are large. The Oak Creek is just right there and nice hiking trails. We got a little late season snow the night we arrived, which made for a little winter wonderland in the morning. Sedona is amazing all year round.

We decided to stay at Cave Springs Campground because of the great reviews and beautiful scenery. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We reserved campsite D19 and had to stare at a junkyard of a camp post the whole time. The park is packed beyond capacity and quiet hours are not enforced. Think twice before booking, we will not be returning.
