BEWARE!!! If you put a deposit or make a reservation they won't give you any paperwork as a confirmation except for a credit card receipt. We put a $500 deposit for a long term reservation and when asked for a confirmation (with name, site #, reservation type, etc) I was told they do not issue anything like this. I put together a reservation summary with what was discussed verbally but they did not want to sign it and was told to cancel the reservation, which I did after few days because they raised too many flags. Mike, the park manager is not just weird and always cranky but also a very rude individual. He almost never answers the phone and if you get a hold of him he gets angry and talks to you in a condescending manner. Park seem quiet but had the feeling that everyone there is afraid of management. I had a disappointing experience at this RV park and will never go back. Good luck!

I enjoyed staying here. Good prices. Owners are very nice. Decent sized dog park. It’s right on US 19 so the spots close to the entrance can get a little noisy with traffic. The sign sneaks up on you when you’re going northbound and there is no turning lane so be careful turning into the campground from US 19. They are working on expanding the highway though and adding turn lanes. Overall a great stay and would certainly stay again.

I stayed here for two weeks. Check-in was bad similar to others reviews. Check-in friction could be reduced with some reflective site number signs; auto email actual site number for weekend check-ins that don't lock-in on campspot since the onsite manager doesn't work weekends. I read some reviews that talked about a bad vibe here and didn't get any of that, very friendly fellow residents. This place is super quite at night, I suspect that stems from the fact maybe 75%+ of the park is long-term residents. The bathhouse was grimey for six days. This place for me was a good value and I would stay again.

Not a place that I would come back to. Not clean at all. Very tight no room between sites. Our electric 30 amp outlet is half melted. kind of hesitant to use it but I have no choice. Where you hook your sewer pipe to must be 12 inches out of the ground and with the elbow on the sewer pipe very difficult for it to drain. Several very old campers in here. There are only two attractions really close by. Everything else is more than 20 miles away. Must say the residents are very friendly.

Would NOT visit again. We had 2 days to fill before heading to our destination further south in FL. Our reserved site # was 8, when we arrived there was no one at the registration hut. I checked my email and received an email from Cedar Breeze RV, not familiar with them. It turns out they are jointly owned and the email stated we were in site 37. After driving a little bit in the park, we couldn't even see site #'s. There was a phone # on the reservation hut, which we tried, but no one answered. We got back in our truck and a man came up and asked if we were lost. We said we had reservations for either site 8 or 37 but can't find it. Not at all friendly, he stated it was right here. An open site with NO indication of any site #. It's an old park, which is typically fine, but with narrow roads & lots of obstacles. They advertise cable, but after inquiring we would have to contact Spectrum. There are many old rv and permanent people. Did not get a good vibe here at all. I don't like leaving a bad review, but sometimes you just have to.
