Cedar Canyon Retreat RV Park and Campground

Wow!!! We had such an amazing experience at this campground! They have a game room, outdoor picnic benches, books, piano, and a store for all your camping needs. At night, you’re covered with a blanket of stars which is perfect for stargazing. The mornings are tranquil and scenic with glorious mountainous views. The bathrooms are heated, each have a shower, and they are very clean. The road close to campground is not busy at all, so it was very quiet during our stay. It is located only 5 minutes from downtown Cedar City where there are plenty of restaurants and stores. It is the prefect location for an RV park, and there are no others that can offer what Cedar City Retreat can. 10/10 definitely recommend!

10/10 - great campsite. Easy checkin, beautiful views, clean and ample bathrooms with nice showers and hot water, easy power and sewage hookups. Free strong WiFi! The reception is in a gorgeous log cabin with a big fireplace and an historic bellows. There’s a game room with billiards & air hockey, small shop for necessities, and easy access to local trails.

We had our daughter's wedding here last weekend. It was so perfect. The layout of the campground was perfect for it. We loved our camping site and the hosts were wonderful. I particularly enjoyed how relaxing the covered patio with the Adirondack chairs was. They have a great little library of books that I took advantage of. I highly recommend this resort.

Cedar Canyon Retreat was a wonderful place to stay! We trailer camped with two other couples, and the sites Rachel suggested when I called offered close proximity to each other while still allowing privacy. Our spot had a good amount of shade and had a large area where we could all gather for meals and visits. We so appreciated the super level site as well as the spotless restroom nearby. The game room and grassy common area where we set up corn hole offered other fun opportunities. Finally, we loved being close to town, a fun visit to Cedar Breaks National Monument, and a great steakhouse! We will certainly remember this special place!

We love coming to Southern Utah and this campground is one of our favorite places to stay. It is easy to get to and close to Cedar City, hiking trails, and other great places like Cedar Breaks, Zion, and Bryce Canyon. It is super quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. We will be returning as often as we can.
