This little gem of a campground is neat and clean and quiet. Excellent laundry facilities, shower and a lounge area. The management is easy to deal with very accommodating. We just stayed 3 nights and they were very helpful with ideas of what to do in the area. When we are in the area we will definitely be back.
I've driven through the park looking at the sites for a possible future stay and I was NOT impressed with the condition of some of the sites. It's evident park rules are not followed. A couple sites were quite trashy.
We have stayed in this park for many years, during the summer months. New owner ( manager) is the opposite type as we have experienced! She is rude, irritable and non compromising. Each time we entered the office, she shushed us, even before we spoke. She was short tempered and inhospitable We will not return!
The new ownership is fantastic 😊 I work at Spaceport America and have lived here for about a year and a half. I had a dead bush, that was attracting rodents, that I had asked to be removed from day one. I waited and waited. The park is under new management now! I contacted the new manager via email and she immediately came by to look at the issue! She was so nice and they are taking care if right away! The facility is very nice and well taken care of! I recommend this park to everyone who wants a great experience at Elephant Butte or TorC. Thank you!
The service for TV is terrible. I don't care if they brag about the towers, The service is still terrible. The managers are persnickity and have their own rules they go by. They are NOT DOG FRIENDLY. . They are more expensive then most places around that area Bathrooms are really clean and nice laundry room is ok and clean. Showers are very nice. Feels like walking on egg shells when your there afraid to get kicked out . The prices in the office are too high. Very windy there.
