beautiful little spot not too far out. close enough to bike there but still far enough from people you get to be alone
Parked here to hike a portion of Brice Creek Trail. Can't say much about the Campground, but what a beautiful hike! Several clear blue swimming holes. The water is pretty darn cold all year, however... It's a great trial for an easy out and back. Or do the whole 5.5 miles from the trailhead on Brice Creek Road to the end at Champion Creek. For the slightly more adventurous, go up and see upper Trestle Creek Falls...
This is a hidden treasure for Oregonians. It’s hard for me to share this one. Only 9 sites. No reservations. Hard to get a site.
Great little campground. A little close to the road but traffic was light even for a summer Saturday. Trail access from the campground runs along the creek past swimming holes and little falls. The upstream ends of the trail connects to shorter hikes to several waterfalls. Campsites are decently private.
One of the best campgrounds. Love being away from everyone and having no cell reception. At night you can see all the stars. Plus an amazing swimming hole.
