We always have a good experience at Cedar Lake Memorial Park. My son and I like to rent a canoe - very reasonable rates and they provide paddles and life jackets. It's a popular place, but we have never had a problem finding a place to put our things and settle in for our time there. They also have bathrooms available - a huge plus!!
Campground is great. Affordable. With pretty good amenities. Campground hosts are friendly and very helpful. Play ground is the only thing that is a little worn out but still pretty good for a campground.
Very relaxing
It was very nice the day I went, there weren't many people so it was very quiet I loved it
We've stayed in several campgrounds across the state, and this has been our least favorite. The owner lady was rude. They have 3 dogs that yip and bark for hours. Our electric and water hook-ups wrapped around the neighbors fire pit. All activities need to end by sun down (Beach, playground, basketball court). There are signs everywhere stating different rules. Never been to such a strict and ignorant campground. Sad thing is, my boyfriend's family contributed to this memorial park, so we were excited to stay, but never again. Will not be back.
