Very dirty. Lake is very low, so it's pointless to even come to this park. Drove my 4x4 to the water just to check it out, and the beach line was littered with buzzards feasting upon the corpses of not just fish but poached deer and pigs. We're a couple bloated dogs identifying as bouys also. Kids and I played battleship for a bit before hopping back in the truck and floating back to mainland.

This is a great primitive camping location. With all the rain this year the water level is up and the water comes almost to the sites such that you have water front views. The park host is extremely nice, helpful and always willing to chat, providing useful information. Be aware that there is an abnormally high number of bugs and spiders. Seems like an echo system on steroids and I've never seen spiders build a web so fast.

Big and beautiful and fishing is great. Plenty of shoreline and each side is different. Kayak your heart out and never worry about being ran over by big boats as there fishing too. Plus the park ranger Johnny and his dog are awesome.

Great views. Clean. Rough terrain in spots. Has boat ramp and plenty of fishing spots. Small spots for tent with fire rings and grills. First come gets, no reservations. I only noticed 1 spot big enough for a large RV.
