I enjoyed my time there. Everyone is friendly in the office. There are several full time residents as well as cabins for guests. Nothing fancy but clean and close to Bennett Springs.

Excellent! People are very fair, honest and helpful. Had a great time. Rented 3 cabins the first night, some had to leave and rented 2 following nights. Very comfortable, amazing the number of people that slept well in each cabin. Awesome people. Will go back.

Great place to live. Affordable & clean. Amazing friendly people and the cheapest propane prices around. I have lived here for a little over 3 years now and absolutely love this place and the people.

Have been here two years and have had no problems. Fantastic people living here. Everyone looks out for each other. Grandbabies love to come and ride their bikes.
