This place is truly amazing! We are staying here for a few months and so far we love every second. The owners are wonderful, down to earth, and so kind! The owner even helped me put up all of the Christmas lights! The park is very clean, and everyone around is very friendly. We truly feel at home here! Another added bonus is that it’s pet friendly! Our dogs truly enjoy it as well!

The cutest little campground. We stayed for the night and had a wonderful time. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. It’s brand new and has everything you could need. The grading is done really well, which makes leveling very easy. It’s also easy to get into and out of, and of course the scenery is beautiful. We can’t wait to come back!

Real nice RV campground for the 45+ professional crowd. The owners live nearby and are always available for any needs. Full RV hookups water sewer of course Safe and Secure, quiet, escorted to your site of choice and very helpful getting you set up. Plenty of shade and some sites have a deck / level concrete pads. Laundry facilities and showers available should you want a long hot shower. Trash pickup twice a week, nice neighbors. Restaurants close by (0.6 miles), gas /convenience stores close by, (2 miles) groceries just minutes away. Boat ramp a half mile away for fishing or cruising in the Beech and Tennessee Rivers. Everything the RV'er could ask for.

We would highly recommend this RV park. We stayed here for 4 months while relocating to Tennessee. The owners are fantastic people who always make sure you have what you need. The park has a very nice shower house and laundry and the owners live across the street. It's very convenient to the TN river and Parsons. We loved it and made some life long friends.
